Sydney is the first major city to celebrate New Year. There are 55 vantage locations at the harbor where you can have a full view of fireworks. The famous vantage points are Gladesville which is located new the Sydney Harbor, Cockatoo Island and Pont Piper that allows entrance only through prior reservation. The first firework that displays colorful performance is exclusively for kids and family, and starts at 9pm and lasts 8 minutes. The second firework starts midnight and continues for an hour with a Light of Parade. The Royal Botanic Garden, La Boheme gala at the Opera House are the places you need to be in order to view a Harbour of Light Parade and fireworks shows.

And if you want to add more adrenalin to your mood, go to one of a rooftop bars, like the Rio’s VooDoo Lounge, AirBar at the Stratosphere or Ghostier on the 55th floor of The Palms and view firework extravaganza. Berlin is popular as a ‘party city’ and more than one million people joins to “Party Mile” with music stages, live bands, drinks and food. The neighborhood bars, restaurants and clubs of Times Square will serve you 24 hours and make your holiday more colorful with its noise and high temper in New Year. Following the daily news, we know that there are big protests take part in New York these days. Hope that city will organize New Year’s Eve in a high level and will be ready to host tourists these year too. What you can’t find in Hong Kong, if you still hesitate to travel either to New York, London or Sydney? I guess, the answer to this question is there is not anything that you think you will miss if you choose to celebrate New Year in Hong Kong. Every neighborhood is a a party central here, especially in the Pearl of the Orient. The Symphony of Lights display that illuminates 45 buildings in Hong Kong skyline, eight minute fireworks show over Victoria Harbour, a Times Square countdown and a replica ball drop at midnight can make your holiday extraordinary and unforgettable. Hong Kong offers you various types of fun all in one that you would have go to different places in order to observe each separately. The best spots to view all those shows are the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon, or the bars in the Lan Kwai Fong district.

Walt Disney World Orlando comes immediately into our mind when we say Miami. The Six Disney theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon), which are few miles away from Miami, can be one of your choice to celebrate to New Year, if you want to go back to your childhood or make your children happy :). Rather than that you can stay in Miami and enjoy the biggest fireworks show over Biscayne Bay that you can view from Bayfront Park. A midnight countdown, live bands, and a family friendly festivities with 250,000 locals and international visitors will highlight your New Year celebration.

You can start celebrating your holiday from December 30th by attending the concert of the legendary Johann Strauss family that combines lively and nostalgic music through the extensive repertoire. Vienna Town Hall is organizing a special New Year 2015 Gala event where you can enjoy the musical program of Viennese waltz by the young debutantes of Viennese dance school. The last 12 seconds countdown of 2014 before fireworks will be launched in city center near St. Stephen’s Cathedral and continue with lighting up Viena skies and cityscapes. Edinburg, the Home of Hogmanay is considered the most enthusiastic New Year celebration that continues four days. The world’s biggest outdoor parties include (but not limited) concerts of Mark Ronson, The Vaccines, The Coral, King Creosote, dancing with Dj Swiss and VJs extraodinaire Buttercup and Pixel.
